Tip of the Week:
Index cards for two: one for me and one for you. After each section or modules have participants jot down a key learning or insights on one index card and copy it to the second index card. At the end of the session, participants take one index card with them to highlight key learnings, and leave the other (identical) card for the facilitator so s/he knows what was important to participants.
