Do not be afraid of silence; your participants need the time to consider and form their answer.  If the silence is tough for you to tolerate…consider counting to 10 in your head to give others the time to gather their thoughts and jump in to the conversation!

When selecting an accountability partner consider someone who you trust and value, who will help you hold yourself accountable, and will expect that you will have accomplished what you are supposed to by your deadlines.

Then…(1) choose a goal, (2) identify the outcome, (3)  determine what success will look like, and (4) get started!
